Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License — required to supervise and perform structural exterior work on residential homes.
Massachusetts HIC License is required by law for any contractor performing home improvement work. Always ask to see this before hiring.
OSHA-30 certification means job site safety is taken seriously. Most contractors only carry OSHA-10. We hold the higher standard.
Lead Safety Renovation Supervisor certification — required by Massachusetts law for any project disturbing painted surfaces in pre-1978 homes. Most contractors don't have this.
